Organize PDF Pages

Reorder and delete pages in a PDF, then save the rearranged file — entirely in your browser.

About this tool

Sometimes a PDF has the right pages in the wrong order, or a few pages that shouldn't be there — a blank scan, a duplicate, a page meant for someone else. This tool lets you rearrange and prune a PDF's pages visually, then save the cleaned-up result, all without uploading the document anywhere.

Each page appears as a numbered tile showing its original page number and its new position. Move any page earlier or later to reorder, or delete pages you don't need — the layout updates live so you always see the document's new structure before committing. It's the quick way to drop that blank back-of-scan page, move an appendix to the end, or remove a page of notes before sharing.

When the arrangement looks right, one click rebuilds the PDF in the new order (with deleted pages omitted) and downloads it. The work is done in your browser with pdf-lib — pages are copied losslessly into a fresh document, so quality is untouched and, crucially, your file never leaves your device. For anyone regularly tidying scans or assembling documents from parts, it turns a fiddly task into a few clicks, privately.

Frequently asked questions

Can I both reorder and delete pages at once?

Yes — move pages to rearrange them and delete the ones you don't need, in any combination, before saving. The tool shows each page's original number and its new position live, so you can see the final structure before you commit.

Are my documents uploaded?

No — everything runs in your browser. Pages are read into memory, rearranged locally, and the new PDF is built and downloaded on your device. Nothing is transmitted, which keeps sensitive documents private — the reason to use a client-side tool.

Do the tiles show the actual page content?

The tiles show page numbers rather than rendered thumbnails, which keeps the tool fast and lightweight even for large documents. You're working by page number and position — note the pages you want to move or remove from your PDF reader first if needed.

Is quality affected when I save?

No — pages are copied exactly into the rearranged document with no re-compression. Text stays selectable, images keep their resolution. Deleted pages are simply omitted; kept pages are identical to the originals.
